Here Comes The Bride - Wedding Day Fashion

So, I know its been a couple of weeks since I've last blogged (don't kill me). I've had a lot happen. I've been a wife for officially 17 days! After our wedding, we went directly to our honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica at the Couples Resort. From Negril we (my hubby and I) had to head back to the states to gather up all our wedding gifts in Michigan and then head down to Georgia. So needless to say its been hectic. Nonetheless, I've been wanted to blog about my wedding and the sheer delight that my wedding day covered me in. I won't be able to include all the deets but I will try my best to cover the most important aspects.

If you've paid any attention to my blog, you know my style is fun, girly, over the top (at times), and unapologetic. My wedding day was nothing less than my style aesthetic multiplied by ten. Here are some of the designers I wore during my special day.

My dress came from MiMi's Bridal from the Allure Bridal Couture Collection - C170

The dress is a strapless ball gown with a unique sweetheart neckline and full of organza goodness at the bottom (with flower and feather details)

The bodice of the dress brings a level of sophistication and bling as it's covered in embroidery and Swarovski crystals.

These lovely ladies were showstoppers. I decided to go with Steve Madden Moskow -G Glitter Peep Toes for my WOW factor. Standing at a whopping 6" they are sure to get you noticed.

My bridesmaids donned this gorgeous number in Royal Purple. The dress is from Bill Levkoff (Model 676) made of chiffon with a one shoulder floral detail.

The back view is just as stunning as the front.
I wanted to include some special shots from the day, so here are some of my fav pics I rounded up from my awesome photographer Craig David Butler (check him out at craigdavidbutler.com) and my friends who posted pics on FB.

One of my fav pics of me the photographer took. Hair (14", 16" bundles of Indian Remy from Lola's Hair Boutique), Dropdown earrings from Charming Charlie's, Dress from Mimi's Bridal Boutique

The best treat of the night came in the form of a Same Day Edit, which my photographer put together and showed during my reception. My guest (as well as me and my hubby) were floored away by the response of such an awesome piece of work. It highlights some of the great moments leading up to the wedding celebration. Check it out :)
