Thrifted Gear

I'm not a huge thrifter, but I like to thrift here and again. If you go often enough you can truly find some jewels. So when I was charged to wear some variation of pink, red, white, and black to sing in the choir on Sunday I dusted off some of my thrifted pieces that I obtained from Goodwill to create a polished look. I know what you're thinking that's not just pink or red. But rules are meant to be broken ;)

THE MULTI -COLORED JACKET
Like I mentioned before I got my jacket and skirt through thrifting. I put this outfit together by toning down my undershirt to let the jacket do the talking. The jacket is a little big (think boyfriend blazer), so I grabbed a belt to cinch the waist. I grabbed my favorite platform heels and my black clutch to finish off the look.

Outfit Details: Blazer (Goodwill), Skirt (Goodwill), Long - Sleeve Black Shirt (Walmart), Platforms (Forever 21), Rope converted into Belt (Walmart), Clutch (Forever 21), Sunnies (Aldo)

My advice to you...if you've never checked out a thrift store DEFINITELY do so! It's amazing what you can find in there. Happy thrifting and happy hump day :)
