"Fall" Into Florals

We all have heard the saying April showers bring May flowers. But who says that flowers/floral prints must only dwell in the dimensions of Spring and Summer? Why can't we wear floral prints in the Fall? To answer this simple question, you CAN wear florals prints in the Fall. This blog post will be a guideline of how to subtly incorporate  floral prints and patterns into your endless lineup of Fall trends.

I must admit, when I initially think of floral prints I think of ugly drapes, or a vintage flower print dress of old. But floral prints have nicely transitioned from those drapes in your grandmothers house to high fashion masterpiece's to make you feel like a sophisticated lady with "style and grace" (*in my Notorious B.I.G voice*). You can soften up floral prints by choosing a light, sheer fabric paring it with a blazer and jeans or you can edge it up and pair the floral print with a leather skirt and some (closed-toe) wedges. Here are a few examples of updated floral trends.

My FAV look out the bunch! I love how the leather skirt in camel gives the soft floral print blouse a little bit of edge!

If these prints scare you and are a little too bold for your taste, opt out by swapping the florals in smaller doses like a clutch purse or a pair of booties! You can pair the clutches with nude palettes to help the floral print pop!

Are you ready for your floral garden to sprout in your closet? I know I am :)
