Fly on a "College" Budget

"It's the most wonderful time of the year!" Nope, not Christmas (although I do LOVE Christmas time)...back to school time. Every time I hear this song it reminds me of the commercial where they are playing the song in the background and the parents are doing "back to school" school shopping for their children and the kids walk around the school with pouty faces. #Goodtimes!

I sure do miss those good ole days where you would get soooo excited about your first day of school that you would lay your new clothes out the night before with your crisp kicks and new backpack and folders. I couldn't sleep a wink knowing that I would get to wear my new outfit, have new classes, new teachers, new experiences and I would get to hang with old and new friends!

Why am I reminiscing about school you ask? Well, one of my Ali Fashion Sense subscribers (and my fav little sister Britinee) who attends college at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) wrote me and asked could I do a post about staying fly on a "college" budget (or any budget for that matter). So, of course I wanted to put my two cents in the matter! So here are a few essentials you should have in your closet as you gear up for a new semester of college (school or life in general).
