50 Shades of Gray

As the United States First Lady graced the DNC stage last Tuesday I was in awe of her beauty, her quiet strength, her intelligence, and her undeniable sense of style. The F.L.O.T.U.S sure got the DNC fired up (and ready to go) with her passionate speech about being a mom - in - chief. She also discussed the values and moral lessons that she holds dear. The day after many social media outlets praised her for her fiery speech. But she caught the eye of fashionistas around the globe with an accessory that often goes unnoticed. What you ask?  Her gray manicured nails stole the show!

Heading to the nail salon on Saturday, I was unsure as to which color I would choose. As I sat in the chair ready to grab my good ole' faithful white polish I had a sudden change of heart. I went for the CND Shellac in Creamy Dove Gray.

Then it hit me, just a few nights earlier my chic First Lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama rocked gray nails with ease, making my choice that more easier! What a great person to emulate :) Here are pics of my cool gray manicure!
